WWE’s upcoming PLEs is expected to be tremendous

WWE staged another sold-out PLE (Premier Live Event) in Glasgow, Scotland with WWE Clash at the Castle 2024. We were presented with another international premium live event, this time in Scotland for the first time in company history, called Clash at the Castle. Five matches were contested within OVO Hydro, all for championship gold.

Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles squared off for the Undisputed WWE Championship following an instant classic at Backlash France, and they delivered in another championship bout. Drew McIntyre also competed for the World Heavyweight Championship, but a familiar rival stood in his way. European fans have earned a reputation as some of the greatest in history, and there was another boisterous environment.

Four Scottish superstars joined WWE’s newest international event with the goal of earning a big title. However, only Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn departed the OVO Hydro arena with gold, having won a triple threat match to become the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.

After Clash at the Castle 2024, What comes next?

The premium live event following Clash at the Castle 2024 is Money in the Bank 2024, which takes place on July 6, 2024, at Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Following that, the company will host another show at the same venue which will be for the WWE developmental and it will be NXT: Shockwave which is scheduled for just the next day, July 7, 2024.

This is the first time Money in the Bank has been staged in Canada and just the second time it has taken place outside the United States. The final Money in the Bank 2023 PPV was held in London, United Kingdom.

SummerSlam 2024

Following Money in the Bank 2024, WWE will be hosting SummerSlam 2024 on August 3, 2024, at Cleveland Brown Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio. This will be the first PPV staged in the United States since WrestleMania 40. This is the 37th SummerSlam event. Last year, SummerSlam 2023 was held in Detroit, Michigan.

Bash in Berlin

Following Money in the Bank 2024, the company will be present Bash in Berlin on August 31, 2024, at the  Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany. This is the first WWE pay-per-view event to be held in Germany, as well as the inaugural Bash in Berlin pay-per-view.

Crown Jewel 2024

WWE has announced the 2024 Crown Jewel happening. The sixth Crown Jewel will feature wrestlers from the promotion’s Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. The event will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. WWE will stage its 12th event in Saudi Arabia as part of a 10-year commitment to support Saudi Vision 2030.
